We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our available delivery options, delivery times and shipping charges.
1. Where We Deliver
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom areas covered by our available shipping services. Delivery availability and rates are confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address and products in your order.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Processing time is separate from the delivery/transit time shown at checkout.
3. Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery option costs £4.99.
The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch.
The delivery estimate is provided by the relevant delivery service and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
4. Free Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on eligible orders of £70 or more.
Free delivery applies to eligible products in our general shipping profile.
Free delivery does not apply to products in our Flour Shipping profile or other products that are specifically excluded from free shipping.
Where products are subject to separate shipping rules, the shipping options and charges displayed at checkout will apply.
5. Express / Next Working Day Delivery
Where available, customers can select our faster delivery option for £7.99.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 1 business day, subject to the order being processed and the carrier's service availability.
For certain products, including products in our Flour Shipping profile, the available faster service may be shown as 1–2 business days.
The exact delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
6. Heavy Products and Flour
Some products, including flour and other heavier items, are handled through a separate shipping profile because they have different shipping requirements.
Free shipping is not available for products in our Flour Shipping profile.
The applicable shipping charges and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
7. Delivery Times
Delivery times shown on our website and at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant carrier. Delays can occasionally occur because of circumstances such as carrier disruption, adverse weather, transport problems, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other events outside our reasonable control.
8. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, or another issue attributable to the delivery information provided by the customer, we may contact the customer to arrange the next steps.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or an item appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the packaging and products.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
